Diane Docis

Diane has been an advocate, community builder, and educator in the domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking field for over 30 years. Before coming to Praxis, Diane directed a campus sexual assault advocacy and prevention program and worked at domestic violence shelters. As a researcher, Diane has examined sexual harassment and street harassment, sexual assault prevention messages, and related media coverage. She approaches her work with a belief in the power of collaboration and connection to build more responsive services and strengthen communities.
