Talk Story: Advocacy to Support Incarcerated Survivors

The Talk Story series explores critical issues related to advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. Each webinar of the series aims to facilitate peer-to-peer learning amongst advocates on emerging issues impacting services to survivors.

Join us as we explore how to support criminalized and incarcerated survivors in our advocacy work. We consider: the unique challenges incarcerated survivors face when they experience domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking; how advocacy organizations can expand their services to incarcerated survivors; and ways domestic violence and sexual assault organizations can build collaborations with other community resources to strengthen advocacy for incarcerated survivors.
